You're so giving of your knowledge. My diet has changed a lot: white sugar is now monk fruit, stopped drinking soda & alcohol, drink coffee black now & my H2O is increased, sugary cereals are now quinoa with seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, chia, flax..., eat mushrooms 3x/wk, take Roar Lions Maine and more.
