my Dentist just gave me a prescription for fluoride a couple months ago. I was supposed to hold it in my mouth and leave it there then spit it out and not rinse it out at night. No way am i doing this

RFK jr is not "actually right". He IS and always WAS right. Flourocylistic (sp) is a industrial waste product from fertilizer mfg. They needed a place to dispose of it and picked our public water supply. GOODIE 😒
