Do you people realize the amount of labor it takes to put these together? The shopping, the planning, the prep, the garnish, the set up, the clean up? Industry standard is like 30% food cost. The rest is time and labor cost. 1500 is acceptable.

So I counted the sandwiches and I would assume each person would eat one sandwich (these were half sandwiches). There were 40 half sandwiches of each type so I would say 40 people. Not everyone is going to eat one of each so I would say you could get away with around 50 people.

Based on your last video, your logic says this will feed 60 people. Realistically this would feed 35-45 people. Now, absolutely true, I am basing this on American people’s appetite, so if you’re in another country, then I could be way off. But us Americans love to eat. And a set up like this, most would eat 1 & 1/2 sandwiches PLUS the extras. So no, I can NOT see this feeding 60 people.
