they dont legally have to roll down their windows but since the officer is asking for them to they have to legally comply. Same goes for the ID, its not legally required to hand it over but since they're requesting it they have to comply.

I don’t know where this is taking place but an officer cannot demand an ID from a passenger in Florida without reasonable suspicion of that individual committed a crime.

I’m all for backing police but clearly power tripping here, she’s being complacent and showing her ID like that is fine as long as he can record her information. Ofc this is just based on what the video shows us, real easy to play the victim when we only see one side of it
