this is literally what I mean when I say we need more engaging teachers, teachers who actually try to make the lesson entertaining to those who don’t already find entertaining instead of “banning phones” phones were genuinely never a problem I can’t remember the time where a teacher had to struggle to make a student put the phone away in any of the classes I was in because I had good engaging teachers who had good intentions for their students it’s so nice to see teachers like who actually tried to interact with their students on their level.
