I had one last night, a shadow jumped on my back. But as I started to scream and couldn’t , I started praying in the name of Jesus Christ and it left .

I heard if you sleep on your back you will get sleep paralysis I didn’t believe it to be true so I tried it NEVER AGAIN big mistake I could see this black figure and I couldn’t move or anything I had to somehow force myself fully awake i now refuse to sleep on my back and haven’t seen a black figure since
