@jovempannews: Um homem de 26 anos foi preso em flagrante na manhã de segunda-feira (1º) após tentar violentar uma menina de 12 anos em Bauru, no interior de São Paulo. A ação foi interrompida por um motorista que passava pelo local e interveio ao notar a abordagem violenta. Com o auxílio de outros populares, o homem foi detido até a chegada da Polícia Militar. A Justiça converteu a prisão em flagrante para preventiva na terça-feira (2), e o homem permanece detido. A intervenção ocorreu quando o motorista, Wilian Ribeiro, confrontou o agressor, que alegou ser namorado da vítima, mas não soube informar seu nome. O agressor reagiu atacando o motorista com socos e chutes, momento em que a adolescente conseguiu escapar. Outras pessoas que estavam no local ajudaram a capturar e imobilizar o homem, que tentou fugir. De acordo com a Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM), o criminoso ameaçou a vítima, dizendo estar armado, e tentava arrastá-la para um terreno baldio. Registrado como tentativa de estupro de vulnerável, o caso está sob investigação com o apoio de imagens de câmeras de segurança. Em depoimento oficial, o homem admitiu a abordagem, mas alegou que teria havido uma "troca de olhares", sugerindo um consentimento que foi negado pela vítima. All the females in the comments is talking abt the boy just leaving him to do that. Please understand, he is also a child. He's also scared. Boys are human too and do get scared. That's a grown man. He could easily fatally harm both of them. Females think they're brave in a situation like this bcoz in most cases the guy won't hurt a female who confronts him. But if a male (especially a child weaker than him) had to confront him, he would harm him severely

Repasemos la escena, y sean objetivos, en primera, el vato de la nada abraza a la Chavita y la Chavita se va como si nada, no hubo gritos, ni jalones, ni nada, solo caminó con él, en segunda, el otro chico no hizo nada, NADA, no digo defenderla, pero al menos pedir ayuda, no tampoco, en tercera, cuando el del carro se baja a encarar al vato, la Chavita y el chico se regresan, cuando en realidad si realmente no lo conocían y tenían miedo, pues que hace un niño, pues correr y gritar, en cambio ellos iban caminando por la banqueta como si nada, y todavía se regresan, hay muchas interrogantes en esta situación, muchas.
