I started 4 weeks ago: keto,fasting 16h/18h a day depending on my mood,berberine and apple cider to cut sugar cravings 'cause i love chocolate and chocolate loves me + 4-5 days a week strength training,low impact cardio,lifting weights and i'm 8kg down. I'm planning on making this a lifestyle from now on.

Lost 40 lbs since this spring because I’ve changed my alimentation . I’m a foodie and still got a way to enjoy my meals without bad sugars and carbs (still a little but way less) I’ve cut all candies , chips , ect 🙂

yeah it worked for me for a couple of months but made things worse afterwards for my mental health and weight came back. I got ADHD so carbs are essential for my brain function. Limiting processed foods and stress management was the answer for me but I get it we're all different 🥰
