I am dry skinned and I want to try but what if I skip powder, go in with this setting powder and then go in with the rhode just to re introduce luminosity, do you think this would work?

Would it be okay to lightly powder certain areas, like my T-zone and around my nose, before using this spray? I’m really trying to avoid having to powder anything after spraying. Every finishing spray I’ve tried leaves me looking shiny, which makes me want to add powder to tone it down—then I end up stuck in a cycle of spray, powder, repeat, and get nowhere lol.
