MPH here: Lemon juice kills a lot of germs, but not all. Some bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria can survive because they’re acid-resistant. That’s why lemon juice isn’t a guarantee of safety…it reduces risk but doesn’t sterilize food. 🦠 🍋

ee efecto se produce al entrar el ácido cítrico por su alto ph rompiendo la membrana celular exterior de las bacterias y acaba por romper toda la estructura molecular del interior de la bacteria. no así impidiendo hacer lo mismo con los virus. ya que su material genético lo impide. si has llegado hasta aquí habrá observado que no tengo ni idea de química ni de laboratorio no?...pues eso...yo que seeeeeeeee!!!!!!
