you need a friend in Fairbanks that can pickup items on sale, store them for you until your next trip to town. it would be cost effective on some items.

Quick tip for juice. I use all my strawberry tops (the parts you normally disregard) cover with water and 1/4 C sugar and simmer then you have strawberry syrup for desserts but also if you dilute you can have strawberry juice 💗

I like to buy the ham from costo and slice. I vacuum seal and freeze. Here in Texas the ham is 2.99 a lb.
