Well, I was a vet tech for many years and I know that dog saliva will not hurt anyone. Babies included as long as you do keep them clean, the dogs and the babies. It builds up their immunity. Get a grip people.

My son has been licked constantly by our lab since the day he was born. He’s nearly 5 now and is NEVER ill - his immune system is a brick thanks to the dog 🤣

Haaahaha, love this! I was raised learning that dog saliva hurts nothing. If anything, we were supposed to not give our dogs anything that would make them sick. Kissing us was not one of them. 😍

Sadly, it turns out that dog saliva can truly carry dangerous germs, and they shouldn't be licking babies. My 💜Daughter taught me this, and she's right.
