@i2c_jason: LENR update! The sonoluminescence reactor is progressing. Lots of small items in play: new view port design, improving frequency accuracy, bubbles or no bubbles, and the neutron shield. #lenr #sonoluminescence #opensource #DIY #energy
so did you account for the sphericity of the bells without the slice down the middle in your cad? so long as they form a lens with a focus at the centre it maybe a waveform thing. harmonics that tune to waters natural resonance should split it at the focus.

I thought water and air had extremely different acoustical characteristics?
Is that a closed cell, like it could develop pressure??

I still don’t know what this thing does and don’t understand 95% of what you are saying, but i am always excited for updates!! 🤝

Did you not degass the liquid before filling and closing?
How about adding a vacuum port so you can degass and then seal the chamber?

Possible to vacuum the chamber down, and then fill with water?

Also please make sure to wear ear protection at 340,400 Hz it’s very damaging for your inner ear hair cells.

What is the name of that transducer that you’re using two couple this environment? It looks like an ultra high frequency compression tweeter.

do you have the data? does it match up to the formula, to reach sonoluminesce expectations?

Could the air pockets affect the resonance of the system because the area of the bubble wouldnt propogate the waves the same way as the water affecting the geometry and resonance?

Keeping it moving! Any progress is good progress but you're still just powering through this thing like crazy. Great to see

if you can get the optics / working distance/ focal length precise, a microscope objective lens can be fitted to camera via adapter.

can't u load the water under partial vacuum and u reduce the air by a lot.

By the end of next year maybe you’ll be able to use AI to run experiments to dial in LENR.

I wonder if light has something to do with it… your system is closed off to external photons refracting through the medium. I don’t know just a thought. .. love this though.

I love it! half of the engineering talk I have no idea what you're talking about, but I don't care. I'm here for the adventure.
