I used 80% in a batch of Bromas. Mixed with a bit of milk chocolate. I’m trying to find my perfect chocolate pairing. I know 80 is too bitter for me. I was never a CCC lover but now since I’ve been learning and baking from your channel I make several batches a week. I bake fresh cookies everyday for my kids. The oven thermometer and scale was a game changer 4sure. Love your content!

I love Guittard but it’s insanely expensive right now. It doubled in price since last year and I used to exclusively use their chocolate 🍫 So I appreciate the alternatives!

The Ghirardelli 60% are definitely the best chocolate chips. They are more melty than most other chips.

Please try callebaut! But they’re insanely expensive right now but so good. I like to mix the 54% dark choc with the milk choc for cookies. I also use Van Houten couverture choc, they taste comparable to callebaut to me but way cheaper. Both melts well
