Yall don’t need a new throttle. Take the throttle apart and connect and reconnect the wires that are hooked up in the connecter. I know that’s a vague description so what I basically mean is that the wires aren’t sitting in the connecter right

all bikes do this including gas bikes without friction the wheel gets power it doesnt matter unless ur bike moves when both tires are on the ground
