I would've loved to share a couple of mega pints of wine with the honorable "Capt Jack Sparrow" after he undoubtedly won his sourced fact based debate in court on live television beyond a reasonable doubt that reverse domestic violence is never okay. He should absolutely be proud for being a role model to all abused male victims everywhere, proving that all false accusations should be prosecuted. Men's mental health is paramount, & men's fight for equal marriage rights is admirable, & the alleged "word on the street" is that MLM is a growing grassroots movement for real change. I believe that if you see something that's wrong, you should say something to law enforcement.

This case always baffled me. Why was a private lawsuit put on public display? Wouldn't both parties have to agree for it to be televised?

5) Choose a safe moment to leave the abusive situation. I suggest leaving in a way that avoids physically engaging with the abusive partner; otherwise they could put themselves at risk of being labeled further as the aggressor. A safe exit could involve having a trusted person present or leaving while the abuser is out. All domestic violence victims, both male & female, may struggle with upsetting emotions or feel numb, disconnected or unable to trust other people. They may even face increased mental health problems or turn to excessive drug & alcohol use to cope with past gaslighting. After the trauma of an abusive relationship, it can take awhile to get over the pain & bad memories, but they can heal & move on. Even if survivors are eager to jump into a new relationship & finally get the intimacy & support they've been missing, it's wise to take it slow. They should make sure they're aware of any red flag behavior in a potential new partner & what it takes to build healthy, new & positive relationships. I've talked online to a females who claimed that RDV is misinformation & sexist, but I respectfully disagreed. She argued that those like myself who focus on female perpetrated violence are part of an anti feminist backlash, & are attempting to undermine the problem of male perpetrated abuse by choosing to champion the cause of the abused man ("Johnny Depp") over the serious cause of all the abused women. My argument to her was that violence against men is a significant & underated problem, & that some not all domestic violence researchers, under the influence of feminism, have ignored this in order to protect the fundamental gains of the battered woman's movement, specifically the view that intimate partner abuse is an extension of only patriarchal dominance. I believe that a functional democracy depends on the exchange of diverse perspectives for informed decision making & public discourse. Many issues like this can be multifaceted, & my opinion's validity isn't determined in the court of public opinion on whether or not it agrees with an audience reading my words.

I’m exactly the man who went through that and I was still triumphant. I won 100% custody of my children. But CPS, the state still follows your life and make sure you do not succeed. Find decent employment and put false allegations on you called the founded finding saying I cannot have access to children or vulnerable adults and made it impossible for me to Have sustainable employment. Decent job to care for my family. A founded finding.

An allegation is all it takes to sink a man's life .... especially if he's high profile like a political figure or has a big job in a company. He will be presumed to be guilty in the court of public opinion. It may even be front page news, and when he is exonerated? Maybe they will run a small blurb about it on page 16!

FDV & RDV are different levels of the same problem, just like steam & ice are both forms of water-both are valid issues within their own framing, which moves us away from black-&-white thinking. Encountering different viewpoints can force some keyboard warriors to test their own convictions. I believe that by trying to get my audience to understand my perspective, we can all gain a broader & more balanced view on this crime. This process can lead to more comprehensive solutions & ethical decisions. Different opinions can & should coexist, & they don't automatically invalidate each other (disagreement & invalidation are 2 distinct processes). How our conflicting opinions are handled determines whether they strengthen or harm relationships & understanding. The ability for different viewpoints to coexist side-by-side is central to a healthy society & intellectual growth. For example: after a car accident, 1 person's sadness & another person's anger are both valid emotional responses. One doesn't negate the other: they're just different. My viewpoints may be as popular as claiming the world is round, when everyone believed the world was flat. Just because comments like mine take the road less traveled, doesn't mean they're wrong or don't deserve a seat at the table. Finally I implore all victims of domestic violence, both male & female, to act in the 3 Rs of domestic violence awareness: recognize, respond & refer. Please don't forget you're not alone & your life matters. I rest my passionate case.

Regardless of gender, ending a relationship, even an abusive one is rarely easy. It becomes even harder if they've been isolated from friends & family, threatened, manipulated & controlled, or physically & emotionally beaten down. Just as with FDV, denying there's a problem will only prolong the abuse. They may still love their partner when they're not being abusive & believe that they'll change or that they can help them. Male victims may feel great shame that they've been abused, been unable to stand up for themselves or somehow failed in their role as a male, husband or father (I personally met a man that was in a same sex relationship, but hadn't come out to his family & friends, & before he was able to successfully escape his unhealthy abusive situation, he was fearful of getting caught leaving his abuser & his abuser outing him to his family before he was ready to come out of the closet; RDV is a lot more common than is typically advertised). But real change in both FDV & MDV can only happen once their abuser takes full responsibility for their behavior & seeks professional treatment. My comments or admitting there's a real & present problem that needs to have more stage time isn't invalidating FDV or the struggles of all women, it's simply stating the proven existence of another disenfranchised group that needs all of our collective love & attention. Although shelters for men are less common than shelters for women, male victims might find locations that accept male survivors of domestic violence. Because shelters exclusively for men are so rare, I suggest searches be narrowed to shelters that say they're "inclusive of all gender identities". For example RDV victims should: 1) Use a computer outside the home to research shelters. 2) Keep $ in a separate account with a friend's help or stash physical cash in a hidden location. 3) Make calls from a friend's phone. 4) Whether it's a friend, family member or counselor, open up to someone who'll believe you. Aside from providing an emotional outlet & possible advice, this person might also be a source of practical assistance for storing items or staying at their residence instead of a shelter.

DARVO (deny, attack, & reverse victim & offender was proven to actually exist on live TV in the Depp v heard trial that reverse domestic violence is a serious real present issue for many men around the world from all cultures & walls of life, regardless of age or occupation, however, men are often reluctant to report abuse because they might feel embarrassed, fear they won't be believed as as a man & minimized by authorities or even scared that their partner will take revenge for the whistleblowing. Intimate partner violence is a controversial area of research, with terms such as gender symmetry, battered husband syndrome & bidirectional IPV provoking debates. I believe that all domestic violence, which includes categories of both the male perpetrated domestic violence & the female perpetrated reverse domestic violence should equally constitute a federal crime.) is a manipulative tactic where a perpetrator of wrongdoing (Depp v Heard), when held accountable, responds by denying their actions, attacking the accuser & reversing the roles to become the perceived victim ("crocodile tears"), thereby shifting blame away from themselves. This psychological abuse serves to confuse the victim & bystanders, avoid responsibility & often creates a sense of betrayal for the "actual victim". The confusion from the mental toll of DARVO can isolate the victim & make it difficult for them & bystanders to recognize the abuse. Reverse Domestic violence (RDV) significantly impacts the mental health & coping mechanisms of "male victims". Strengthened mental health support, targeted counseling & awareness programs are crucial for addressing their own needs. Future research on larger & more diverse populations are needed to validate & develop tailored interventions. Domestic violence against men can take the form of emotional abuse, verbal abuse, sexual abuse or physical violence. Whatever the circumstances, all victims of RDV can find help & break free just like the brave Johnny Depp did, who's an inspirational role model for many male victims of RDV that they're not alone & that MLM.

because oh yeah they valued the rights of rapists and pedophiles over the rights of innocent men okay what does be honest what does be f****** honest let's face a modern feminist want men to rape and kill women it's just that's the only answer because obviously feminists don't care if creeps are raping women but here's the thing men do not want to rape women for feminism I'm convinced that feminists need men to rape women for their narrative and honestly feminism is just nothing but a lie anyways honestly this is why I'll never trust women ever because of the lives of feminism apparently if you violently attack women and children you're a national hero and a feminist icon honestly I don't trust feminist or women in general because of feminism
