As a glass guy there is one thing I can say. PGW does suck but most other aftermarket glass companies suck nowadays too. The only thing you can do is actually go to a tech that actually cares for their work and try their hardest to install good glass

2020 didn't come with an engine cover

Hell, I took that stupid engine cover off of my engine, because (1) got sick of hearing it rattle from time to time and (2) I want to see the engine not some piece of garbage plastic. My airbag light is on as well due to a bad harness under the drivers seat and it's been that way since I got it and I'm the second owner of the POS (I've been finding out why the first owner traded it).

that doesnt always mean its been deployed. And airbag light can come on for a seat belt sensor not working
