Without giving you a written court order, it is completely illegal for her to take that baby. I have been through this with family. She cannot take that baby without giving you that court order.

An apprehension signed by a judge doesn’t just happen randomly out of the blue…CFS is involved for a period of time before apprehending. A call wasn’t made and they just got a court order the day the call was made to apprehend..
