This is why you say no to the test they are subjective to the officer that is having you do them. Just ask to take a breathalyzer. As the officer said it’s up to him if you pass or fail.

for those that think she passed. she did not! she did not touch heel-to-toe on each step, turned improperly, and took an incorrect number of steps when returning to the starting position. her bac level was 0.13%. almost double
