Sold. I’m going down to my local Timpsons tomorrow to get my favourite pair of boots refurbished. I’ve refused to throw them away but they are ind desperate need of new soles, heels and laces. This has sold me to just do it. Have a great Sunday pal

Why am I always told by Timpsons that my boots will need to be sent away and it will cost more than a new pair of boots to have them re soled?

I was too heavily invested in watching every second of this for someone who can’t afford boots that would be worth repairing but the undeniable craftsmanship is just too compelling to skip past 😊

I handed my work boots into Timpsons to be resoled, they literally just glued a foam sole onto the bottom of them for £75 😭 nice to know there are competent cobblers out there I must’ve just been unlucky!
