@noahtokjenson: Restocked on essentials and tried new stuff #ultaskintok #ulta #skincare #menskincare Stuff I swear by for years: -cetaphil gentle cleanser -Vaseline’s aloe lotion -Merman spray (for skin) -spf every single day The gentler I’ve gone and more focused on moisturizing and aloe, the better my skin on my face. For body and back acne (bacne): -the benzol body spray -panoxyl in the shower -a retinol body lotion from target (not in the video) Nothing in this video is at all sponsored. I wish it was! Would’ve saved $200 lol. Trying out volufiline, retinol, retinal, and peptides for the first time to see if I can blur out some new fine line wrinkles and restore volume under my eyes to reduce undereye circles and recent hollowing.
I know this is unsolicited but to get the most out of your products you can do this 4-day serum rotation (skin cycling). So you follow the cleanse, serums and moisturizer thing every morning and night. (the serums are typically applied from most to least viscosity.) The cycling really comes in at night. Every morning you use the vitamin c for the serum, moisturizer, then sunscreen. Night one is exfoliation so that’s your chemical (bhas/ahas that go deeper in the skin) or physical exfoliants (this is usually a cleanser to get the top layer of skin off). Night two is the retinol. When you’re first starting retinol, it’s pretty intense and can cause your skin to dry out so you can do this “sandwich method” to ease your skin into it where you put moisturizer on before and after. Then two recovery nights. This is where you won’t use any “harsh” products and focus on rehydrating your skin with like hyaluronic acid or other hydrating serums. You can also just not use a serum and go straight in with the moisturizer. Also please do not mix the vit c and retinol, they do not mix well together.

Estie here, please don't use vitamin c and retinol together! Vitamin c AM only, retinol PM only.
