@pelumispages: Episode 4: the Pomodoro Technique, a focus method that breaks work into short sprints with breaks. Great for beating procrastination, switching between subjects, and layering other study techniques inside. A few more tips: Track your progress: Ticking off completed Pomodoros gives a sense of achievement and helps measure how much focused study you’ve really done. Use apps or timers: Apps like Forest or Pomofocus can make the method more engaging and stop you checking your phone. What study method should I try out next? I LOVE to use kitty pomodoro, because you have timer, and so cute cat that you can personalize with colors of cat, her eyes, background, its online and free, you can change the time of timer if you want, plus every time your session is done she will meow! (First of all sorry for bad english, and second this is not like i am promoting it I am just saying this because its just so cute and it helps me with studying A LOT)💕
