Peach Cobbler Pound Cake🍑🥮 (via @Janelle)  Ingredients- Peach filling/topping: 2 cans of sliced peaches  1/3 cup brown sugar  1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice & cloves  1 tbsp vanilla extract  Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water) Pound cake: 3 sticks of unsalted butter  1 8oz cream cheese block  1 tbsp vanilla extract  3 cups granulated sugar  6 eggs 3 cups all purpose flour  1 tsp baking powder  Pinch of salt  1/3 cup buttermilk  Glaze:  1 cup powdered sugar  1/3 cup heavy cream  1 tsp vanilla extract  Recipe: In a large saucepan add your peaches along with brown sugar, vanilla and spices, combine well on medium heat. Add your cornstarch slurry and let thicken for 10 minutes then set aside.  In a mixer, add your sticks of butter, cream cheese and vanilla & mix for 5-7 minutes or until combined. Add your sugar and mix until light & fluffy then follow with your eggs, 1-2 at a time. Mix until just combined. Sift your flour, baking soda and salt and add to your batter in portions. Start with your flour, then buttermilk and end with your flour.  Add butter to your bundt pan, coating well and then top with flour, set aside. Add half of your peach filling to the batter along with brown sugar crumble. Fold in, be sure not to over mix. Scoop the mixture into your pan, about 3/4 to the top & bake at 325 for 1 hour & 15 minutes or until golden.  Add powdered sugar, vanilla and heavy cream to a bowl and combine well for your glaze, set aside. Let cake cool for 10-15 minutes before removing and then let fully cool.
