@micahlacerte: The Hardest Triceps Move You’ve Never Tried 💪 Bodyweight Skull Crushers on Fists. This exercise is a finisher movement for me. Setup: 1. Get into a push-up–style position, but bring your fists together directly under your forehead/mid face. 2. Balance on the back edge of your fists (near the pinky side), keeping them pressed firmly into the ground and together. Movement: 1. Bend only at the elbows, lowering your head down toward your fists as if you were bringing your nose to your knuckles. 2. Keep your upper arms locked in place and elbows pointed forward. 3. Press through your fists to extend your arms and return to the starting position, squeezing the triceps hard at the top. Key Points: Fists stay tight together throughout the movement. Don’t flare your elbows keep them tucked to maximize triceps activation. To make it easier, drop your knees to the floor. definetly gonna rock the elbow joints looks like the wrist may take a nice punch in the nuts too my elbows suck for things like this to many standing skull crushers against the Smith machine squat bar or any correct hight bar for that matter.
