There are trays that can solidly attach to any pole. They're mostly used by photographers and will be more expensive but also more solid.

My husband modified my walker. The wire basket is from a three wheeled walker. He zip tied in place. And I put the bottom black bag in front of that basket. Now I can put a plate of food on it and even eat from it like a TV tray. Also we turned the handles upward so it’s more comfortable for me.

those clamp style cup holders do not last long. get a $10 bike bottle holder. mine has lasted 3 years. the 4 clamp ones i tried on my rolly only lasted a few trips
