How do I know that I was the executor of the estate you had 60 days to Put in a claim and you did not you’re done. Also, if somebody had a lease that lease it’s not broken. It just becomes nonexistent anymore because the person leasing the apartment has died to expect compensation for the end of the lease is just nothing more than greed. And I will always tell him well. The unless payment of the estate includes paying off the residual lease you’re out of luck.
