Hello Dr. Sahab, For the past three months, I have noticed that my blood pressure has been low, usually between 100/65 and 108/69. I often feel dizzy, and my heart rate is frequently above 100 (sometimes 109 or 106) even while resting. It usually goes down after some time. I have already done an ECG, and the results were normal. However, I’m concerned about why my heart beats faster than usual while my blood pressure remains low. Please guide me regarding this.
