When I bought my flosser I had to use the custom settings on mine. The "gentle" setting was too intense for me. Legit hurt when the water jet shot under my gums. Customize had an even more gentle setting. Careful where you point it bc you can traumatize your gums. Like I legit cut my gums once. Tilt head over sink, hold it to your teeth, trace your gum line and between your teeth. Like tracing W's. Do this after string flossing, follow with mouth wash and then brush your teeth.

Start on a lower setting!!!😭😭 then work your way up I promise it’s sooo good once you get the “hang” of it, even tho I made it rain the other day and had no idea how 😭😭 but start at a lower setting and you should be good but still flossss!!
