Besides trying to be kind, sensitive social workers, cops today don’t know how to cuff people. One of these cops will get the loose end of cuff across the face. Poor training. Cuffs are designed to hurt and be uncomfortable. Change careers. Be a social worker or a cop. Can’t be both
