if u ask if bodycam is rolling that is the scene number ask for the cad number and foia request the footage then file comlaint and file for supeona and enter that into record for assult charges and 4th amendment violation. make sure to get title 5 from law library with police officers oath. drop the oath into record as evidence and then have the officer say or accknowlege his oath and enter into record as evidence and then impeach the officer for impersonating an officer under the color of law.

It doesn't matter if they break the law only if you do citizen, you gotta go through a act of God to even file one piece of paper. These cop should have them plate forms on them at all times.
