Why not just route a cable from your 12 V and plug it into the unit that way whenever your vehicle is turned on it’s charging

you need to drill a lot of holes use aluminum trim to hold the edges or the solar because the tape and the solar will fly away

When cutting the caulking tip. Place it in the hole near the trigger of the caulking gun. It’s there to cut the tip of the caulking tube.
