Bro you’ve doing it wrong bro . You’re supposed to apply some heated tar then you apply asphalt then you use compactor and ride a few time until it leaves

You gotta take out all the layers down to the ballast ti fix the root issue, otherwise is a temporary repair. Ballast sinks, cracks forms & repeat & repeat.

This stuff is million times better then cold patch. We use this in the Northeast on roads. Patches have held up for 3 years no cracking with freeze and thaw, plowing roads and salting roads. Only downside it only comes in buckets and once you open a bucket it has a shelf life. They also sell tack in a can which is pretty helpful

Sub based on driveway is terrible. New patch will also continue to crack. Need to redo your driveway. Don’t use Gemini seals moisture in phrases. Can’t get out causes shadow cracking reflective cracking.

Next time gorilla glue the bottom surface prior to patching to really help it stick. When you apply the sealer make sure you apply it with a toothbrush to really get in there nice and deep like.
