If you’ve been training for a while and not quite seeing the separation you’d like - then you may want to consider a cut to ensure you are holding less fat and can reveal much of muscular development.

People really do not understand what 20 or even 10 pounds of fat will do to your physique. Doesn’t matter how much lean mass you have. If you are carrying extra padding you will look “softer”.
