My friends and I did all 8 houses (one of them twice), terror tram, and two rides all on a Saturday with no express and no early entry. Every line we waited in was under an hour. You just need to be strategic.

I was there! It said 90min wait time and we did 3hrs. We did 28min in terrifier and 1hr for FANAF. The Jason one was the worse one.
