If you have that info you can send them a letter with proof or this video is enough for them to investigate

you need to contact customer service or the actual place that you go to and see how far back you can get your receipts and history if you don't have them on hand. when I was going through my divorce my service advisor was able to pull up all the receipts that I needed because I've misplaced a few receipts. but I needed the documentation to put forth all the work I had done on the vehicle my ex and I were on. he was trying to take the vehicle away from me so I had to prove everything I paid on the vehicle as well as all the repairs I had paid & then when he signed off for me to trade it the vehicle, making the new vehicle mine. because my service center I further make of my vehicle, did 90% of the repairs so I actually had a high trade-in value. not to mention the vehicle was almost paid off he was trying to get me for more than half the equity. it absolutely saved me.

Even if there were coupons available, they as a business offered a service at a set price and you accepted it. If you had had a problem paying for the oil change, then you would’ve gotten somewhere else that had coupons

I get coupons and they aren’t very good. Also did they ask for your email when you first went there?
