I'm 51. If I'm using 0.05% Tretinoin currently 3xs weekly Can I switch over to using this bundle in place of Tretinoin? I'm wondering if it will give similar results without the need for the Tretinoin prescription.

This summer my skin is the worst it ever has been with acne. I bought the bundle and I’m wondering what is the best way to use it to get rid of my acne then use for anti aging. I’m 52. PS. I’ve only used the microneedling once and the pads once as you instruct.

Recommendations for acne prone skin : red container poor pads, do you use those 2-3x week? What about the spray that kills bacteria can you use that everyday after workout? Btw, bought the bundle.. love this product
