i did 1/2 1/2 with cottage cheese and high protein yogurt! so good! love finding recipes that i have all the ingredients already at home! i used my potato masher to squish the cottage cheese 😂it works

Wait what brand did you use? I went to make some right now and my Vitamix almost burnt out! The mixture of just cottage cheese was too thick. Ended up having to add Fairlife so it would blend the pudding. Crazy how brands can be thicker. Anyways today’s batch will be banana pudding!!!!!!!
