If the washes are different then they are likely produced in different warehouses so even though it’s the same pant the cuts will be different since they are originating from different places. My sister worked for Levi’s for years and my husband had this same issue ordering different colors/washes of the same jeans, some would be gigantic, some would be too small, some too long, too short, etc.

Because depending on the batch the % of material will differ , my mom was in manufacturing for 20 years
