so when do we go to the doctor for this? I spent years going and having soooo many tests and they just diagnosed me with IBS and said live with it. some days I'm fine and others are killer.

I have so much gas in my stomach! I am constantly burping, pain after a few bites and I eat mostly simple and whole foods. I live on tums and simethicone pills.

Yessss 👌I’m here for it just saw the GI for first time ever and here to learn it all. I’ll be here alongside you and these videos! I just found out how rare our genes that came up truly are. My kids have three genes 🧬 that aren’t found in any medical research articles individually yes but not these three. Says we may be the first so we’re do we go from here as far as who to contact for research

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Barometric Pressure Flares are my current arch nemesis. Asking my doctor Tues for a PT referral for the SI Joint pain & flares. As for the barometric pressure flares, any pointers people have, I am all ears.

There’s a spot on my spine, that I think causes my stomach pain/nausea. I will use a roller to crack that spot and the nausea/pain will go away.
