What are we supposed to do to use when everytime I’ve tried to exfoliate it wrecks my skin barrier. I have been trying to repair my skin barrier for about four weeks now I haven’t been able to use any active or anything because of exfoliation.

I miss the product from ROC that had the tiny pumas pebble like things in their cleanser that came in a jar back in the 1980’s and early 90’s..It didn’t hurt and it was the only thing that worked on my severely dry skin back then.
