I also lost that amount this week and I'm over the moon about it. As someone with PCOS who can do everything right but still gain, any loss is a win. And 2.4 in a week is more than what is recommended. Do people think anyone is going to lose 10lbs in a week? Not realistic for most and not healthy imo.
