Respect wild animals by leaving them to be wild. Like I tell my 6 year old son, yes we wish we all could hug and pet them all but they all want to be free to be them. So let those happy opossums hiss and roam in the night freely. Being awesome as they are!

That’s not true they eat fleas and ticks so they’re not anywhere on them and it’s very rare they would get rabies. They’re extremely clean animals.

Biggest possum lover, but I can't stand when people speak in absolutes. There have been cases of rabies in possums. Rabies is not something to take lightly, as it kills essentially 100% of people who show symptoms.
