i've spent years in a psychologically abusive relationship with a narcissist and even after a year since the break up I think I'm still experiencing PTSD. I'm hipervigilant of every possible partner (I'm having a FWB rn), constantly ruminating, my thoughts and feelings ping-pong and change to the opposite one every day like a pendulum, i don't know if this is anxiety saturation, or ROCD, or just low libido bc of external stress that triggered the PTSD lately, it's a mess. I've you'd talked about this in any video I'd love to hear it 🤧
