You're an African American, which is quite ironic 😅 anyway... honestly is frustrating to work dealing with customers from the United States. Many of them are rude, demanding, and treat agents with little empathy. Most of us take these jobs out of necessity, not because we enjoy dealing with that kind of attitude. It’s exhausting to constantly feel that sense of contempt and superiority, not even Americans themselves want to handle calls from their own people

Me, as a mexican former Verizon Call Center employee, those are very good news!! I hated that job so much, and I hate Client Attention jobs, but most I hate attending people from another countries.... so go on, take those filthy jobs back to your country.
