This is more about previous interactions with police … you can tell bc the officers start engaging in conversation about it while he sits on the ground with 6 broken ribs being blamed for being agressivwly assaulted by an out of control cop. I pray he was fired and all other officers who failed to render aid or act reasonably were written up.
