Seasonal depression is a real thing I didn’t know I had until I left the west coast of Canada and moved to Mexico. 9-10 months of grey, damp, cool weather takes a toll on you. I thought I was sad and depressed, but I just needed to be in a different location. With an average of 355 days of sunshine here in Cabo and an average of 25 degrees Celsius, I feel like I’m living on a different parallel. How can you be sad and depressed in a place where people spend their dream vacation? The sunshine - and vitamin D - makes a HUGE difference in how we feel, how we support our immune system (we are almost never sick), and it makes for easy planning outdoors weeks in advance. If you can’t leave to find more sunshine - at least make sure you supplement with (a lot) of vitamin D (mixed with vitamin K do you actually absorb it). You can thank me later 😉 #totalgamechanger
