Wrong Zandalar trolls were not the original trolls. Dark trolls or whatever proto-elven trolls existed before the Highborne did not descend from Zandalari. Whatever that proto race was evolved into the Highborne because of the Well of Eternity. Zandalari was just another branch.

you missed high elves. They split from the night elves to study the Well of Eternity. Then those elves turned into the blood elves and nightborn and naga while the worgen and Saturday came from night elves.

high elves actually came before night elves, high elves found the moon wells and the sun well, some became blood elves(sun well) the others night elves(moon well) or atleast that's the lore from 2 years ago

Beyond the missing Haranir that everyone already said, I think that the Highborne are also missing. If I'm not mistaken, the Nightborne and the High Elves are both descended from the Night Elves but more precisely from the noble mages of Azshara's court called Highborne. This step is missing, it would be : Night Elves > Highborne > Nightborne / High Elves and then the rest.
