@hitterish: 👉🔥 Click here for the full breakdown 🔥👈 One of my hitters shows exactly how to handle a breaking ball the right way. 👀⚾️ Most young hitters get fooled by a curveball — they lunge forward, their hands drift, and by the time the ball gets to the plate they’ve already committed. The result? Weak rollovers or strikeouts. But watch this swing. He keeps the bat *back* while the curveball breaks. Instead of pushing his arms forward, he trusts his body to rotate. That patience lets him: ⚡ Stay stacked on the back leg ⚡ Keep the barrel behind the ball ⚡ Match the plane of the pitch as it drops in The payoff? He absolutely *crushes* this curveball and sends it over the fence. That’s not luck — that’s mechanics. By keeping the bat back and letting rotation deliver the barrel, he gave himself time to adjust and still drive the ball with authority. This is what separates hitters who just “survive” off fastballs from those who can truly hit at the next level. If you can sit back, rotate, and trust your swing, even the best breaking balls become hittable. 💬 Comment “hitterish” and I’ll DM you the full system to gain +10 mph bat speed (must be following) 📌 Save this post so you can come back to it ❤️ Drop a like if you're leveling up this season 📲 Share with a teammate who’s serious about getting better ⚡ Watch this video 100x to help my page 🙏 👉 Follow me @hitterish #hittingmechanics #baseballtraining #hittingdrills #swingmechanics #baseballcoach
