How do you tell how many dpo like which actual day is it? I use health app on my phone to track and it gives me a range of days. Here’s my test from today tho I’m 5 days or so ahead of my period

Right before I have a kid I noticed the period before I get pregnant will be irregular like my body is trying that cycle but it decides to wait to til next cycle. You can another test on day 8 of your missed period to see.
