Prawn Chips Like You’ve Never Seen Before | Crispy, Juicy & Addictive Crispy rice paper, juicy prawns, a squeeze of lemon, and fresh parsley — this twist on prawn chips will blow your mind. Perfect as a starter, party bite, or just a snack with friends. Ingredients (4 servings): • 300g prawns (fresh or prawn tails) • 4 sheets rice paper • ½ lemon (juice) • Pinch of salt • Black pepper to taste • Fresh parsley, chopped • Oil for frying Instructions: If using fresh prawns, remove the head, shell, and intestine but keep the tail attached. For prawn tails, just remove the intestine. Place prawns in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside for 1 minute. Cut each rice paper sheet into 4 triangles. Place 1 prawn at the tip of each triangle. Using a meat mallet, gently flatten the prawn to spread it thinly over part of the rice paper. Fry in hot oil for 1–2 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towel, cool slightly, sprinkle parsley, and enjoy.
